Please activate the warranty within 14 days of purchase, to ensure it is valid and get a 1-year extension warranty.

LifeZoom Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies only to Products purchased through authorized sales channels. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty coverage.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, LifeZoom will, at its discretion, replace the defective Product or part at no charge. Proof of purchase may be required.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

LifeZoom reserves the right to update the terms of this warranty at any time; however, changes will not apply retroactively to prior purchases.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Please ship the defective device to our designated warehouse.

Step 3: Resolution

After we receive and inspect the returned device, we will provide warranty service, either repair or replacement, and arrange shipment to you.

*All accessories or kits can only be replaced or repaired once.

*If you submit a valid warranty claim during the applicable warranty period, the Company will, at its sole discretion:
(i) for defects in the main device, provide a free replacement product of the same or functionally equivalent model;
(ii) for defects limited to accessories (including but not limited to power adapters, cables, mounting parts, or remote controls), provide a replacement accessory only;
(iii) Shipping charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the warranty service if the product has been subjected to illegal modification or incorrect operation without our approval, which may void the warranty.

Buyer agrees to use the Products only in the manner for which they are intended and in accordance with the operating and service manual. Buyer assumes all risk of loss, theft, or damage to the Products after delivery.

Except as expressly set forth in the operating and service manual, the Company makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
