Shipping policy


Processing Time

LifeZoom accepts orders from most countries and typically ships from one of our warehouses in IA, TX, and/or from our Amazon shipping partner by FedEx Ground/DHL/USPS/UPS/TNT.
Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days. Shipping time is calculated after processing is complete.
While we make every effort to ship your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to external factors.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Priority shipping usually takes 3–7 business days.

 

International Shipping

Standard international shipping may take up to 20 business days due to customs processing or local carrier delays.
We offer:
  • Standard shipping via international consolidators
  • Real-time shipping rates calculated at checkout

 

Duties, Taxes & Fees
Our prices do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees.
For international shipments, additional charges may apply based on your country’s import regulations or the carrier handling the delivery.
Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs, even for free or discounted shipping offers.

 

Pre-Sale Items

We strive to provide the most accurate estimated shipping dates for pre-sale items. However, please note that all listed dates are estimates only and may be subject to unforeseen delays beyond our control.
For orders containing both pre-sale and in-stock items:
  • In-stock items will typically be shipped first
  • Pre-sale items will be shipped separately once they become available
Shipping times for pre-sale items are added on top of normal processing and domestic/international shipping times. If you prefer to have all items shipped together, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

 

Unexpected Delay

Force majeure events may impact delivery times to varying degrees. These may include, but are not limited to, severe weather conditions, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will closely monitor your shipment and keep you informed of any updates. While we will make every effort to ensure your package is delivered safely and as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

 

Delivery Issues
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete and results in a failed delivery:
  • The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees
  • If the order is not reshipped, we will issue a refund for the product cost excluding shipping fees
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:     

We recommend that you:
  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Review any available security or surveillance footage
If the package is still not found:
  • We will offer a one-time reshipment
  • To prevent abuse of this policy, refunds will not be provided in this case

 

Damage
As soon as the package arrives, kindly examine it. If you discover any damage, please inform us at help@lifezoom.tech as soon as possible after signing the package, along with any accompanying images or videos.


Cancellations & Refund
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
