Why People Love It
Emotionally FlammableI really like these neck reading lights. They’re great for reading, but also perfect for camping, dog walking, or navigating a dark house. My favorite feature is the intuitive control design. The rotary knob dims brightness, the push button switches between white and red light, and the slider switch powers it on/off. Each control feels different, making it easy to find the right switch in the dark. The light is rechargeable, lightweight, and flexible, so you can position it exactly where needed. If you want a hands-free light with easy controls, I highly recommend it. Love it!
SunnyDazeThis light is perfect for night reading, with two modes:
660nm red light mode, preserves night vision and reduces eye strain.
White light mode, bright and clear for reading small text.
It is flexible, with a 360° bendable neck, and lightweight for comfortable reading anywhere.
The light is also rechargeable, with a long battery life.
AmacnielThe quality on this neck reading light is really good! It’s got a good comfortable weight to it, it stays in place and doesn’t feel flimsy. I like that you can change the brightness from dim to bright, the two light modes are a soft yellow light and red light, neither feel uncomfortable on my eyes, which is a big deal for me! The bright setting is even bright enough to do shadow puppets with, which made my little boy happy! I definitely think this neck light is worth it!
Daniela QuiñonesIt is a practical refillable lamp, lightweight and extremely flexible. I can place my neck and point it in a straight line forward, down or at any intermediate point and it stays in place. I like that it has a red light and a reading light.
SusanThis is a great light for reading in bed, that gives enough light to read from but won’t disturb your bed partner. It isn’t heavy and doesn’t irritate the skin around your neck. Since it’s rechargeable, you don’t have to worry about batteries or cords but it could benefit from a dust cover over the charger port. It’s a bit pricey but well made and having the red light function is plus not available in other light I’ve looked t.
FAQs
Are there any side effects to using red and NIR light therapy products?
Red light therapy is safe and is not associated with any side effects if used according to the instructions.
For NIR light, we recommend wearing eye protection to prevent potential damage. But our Sillicone case design avoids the potential harm to the eyes from light scattering, eliminating the need for protective goggles, making users feel more at ease and comfortable when using the red light therapy wand.
How quickly does a red light therapy device work?
LED red light therapy does start helping your body from the very first session, but continued therapy helps achieve more lasting results.
You may feel minor results immediately, but the best results are achieved over 4 weeks, and it is important to continue use long-term.
How to use red light therapy on body and skin?
Ideally, you would place the light source close to your body, and this would enable a session to be complete in just a few minutes.
Dose is measured in J/cm²(Joules per centimeter squared). The greater the power density, the less time it will take for your cells to receive the desired dose. Dose= Power Density x Time.
If you want a simple protocol that works well, irradiate yourself for 10 minutes, once or twice a day per area. Be sure to assess how you feel afterwards. Nobody knows your body better than you do.
